Our Story

Elixir Sauce Co officially launched in 2021, but our passion for all things spicy has deep roots in family traditions and a love of great food. Growing up, we were surrounded by fiery flavors, from homemade salsas to our Mom’s legendary nachos. Our journey into the world of heat began decades ago in Veradale, Washington, where our Father nurtured ghost pepper and habanero plants in his basement before expanding to a backyard greenhouse.

What started as a hobby evolved into a spicy side hustle. Our Dad became a "spicy bootlegger," selling his original Smoky Habanero and Smoky Ghost sauces out of his car trunk at work, church, and even to employees at the Spokane Valley Mall’s Red Robin.

Today, Elixir Sauce Co has grown far beyond those humble beginnings. We are proudly stocked in hundreds of locations nationwide and remain committed to working with local farmers and businesses to craft the finest small-batch hot sauces. You can find us locally at farmers’ markets, restaurants, bars, cafes, casinos, gift shops, and independent grocery stores. We’re passionate about bringing bold, authentic flavors to your table while honoring our family’s spicy legacy. 🌶️
